Shipping Policy

Shipping coverage

We offer free shipping for all the products we sold on our website to the continental 48 states.The orders outside the area we mentioned above, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or International will be required to pay a surcharge.

  • International Orders: International shipping is available however please note that taxes, customs, and handling fees are likely to be charged by the authority or freight company, we are not responsible for these potential costs. Meanwhile it is also not included in the product price. You may find the automatically calculated price on the checkout page.  We usually dispatch the parcel in 1 to 3 days. The delivery speed is based on the exact efficiency of the carrier you chose. International orders are not returnable.

Local pickup:

Local pick-up service is available. Located in Katy and Houston, TX, USA. You are welcome to drive by and take a look. Call or email us before your visit therefore we can give you the address. Customers also need to bring up the purchase certificate as a successful ordering notification email/SMS including the order number and personal information so that we can confirm you are the buyer.

Business Time: 9 AM-4 PM, Mon-Fri excluding official holidays.

Estimated time of arrival:

We will ship the item out as fast as we can, that's why we don't carry expedited shipping services.

Regularly, we will take 0-1 days to ship out the national orders. Orders placed before 3 PM CST will be shipped out the same day (Not for holiday orders).  The orders may reach your address within 2- 5 days.

Nevertheless delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors, especially during some big holidays or extreme weather. We sincerely suggest you make an order earlier to avoid the late arrival. Again, sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding。

In some cases, USPS will grab the package away without scanning the shipping label, resulting in no update in their system and you are unable to track the item. Damaged item during transit:

In past business experience, most instances are going to be in perfect condition, while we cant promise no more damaged products because the shipping process is beyond our control. If possible, receive the item to delivery guys face. Please do not sign for the package wrap that came in torn/damaged. Take clear pictures as proof and email us for further help.

 

Return Policy

Cancellation: 

  • We only accept cancellation requests prior to shipment otherwise the cancellation would be rejected.
  • Please enter the valid shipping address. We wont take responsibility for missing parts due to address errors. Once the product has been shipped out, we cannot change the delivery destination on our end. Customers need to contact the local post office or delivery carrier to have the address corrected.

Return:

  • We offer a period of 30-day return after order date. Customers must submit the return within this time window. Our store reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges regardless of receipt.
  • We would refuse unreasonable returns if no enough information.We used to suffer from dishonest scammers, so buyers are responsible for their transactions. You have to file real item pictures, and invoice labels of our products with every single request. The more details you can provide, the smoother return process. 
  • As per the large dimension packages, buyers must double check the fitment before placing orders. There is no re-stocking fee on products we sold, but buyers must pay for all the return costs unless the item is being returned because of our fault.

Refund:

  • Upon receiving the item back into inventory the refund would be issued.
  • The credit will be refunded back to your original payment method. Usually it takes a couple of hours after the refund confirmation, if you did not receive the amount properly, please contact the bank for help.

Warranty

Overview: We provide 6-month warranty on products we sold, starting from the day you purchase here. The warranties will vary by specific product.

What is not covered?

  • Any extended expenses on our original product such as modification, analysis, tuning, labor fees, and all the amounts driven by extra purposes are not reimbursements
  • We will deny any modified products because the item condition must be like the original in our wrap
  • Parts installed on the commercial use vehicle after 6 months from the purchase date
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Failures due to improper unprofessional installation, misuse, misapplication, accident, or related defects caused by other auto parts

 Parts specific warranties:

  • Panel beating parts or some exterior parts may need to be painted by users to fit the vehicle color. Since we do not accept DIY requests and item conditions would be changed, buyers should be aware of this point when purchasing. Once items get painted or modified, we will consider it as a waiver of return and refund. So, please check the fitment before painting
  • Lights should be used with normal vehicle voltage
  • Water tank should be properly secured. The leakage problem due to a loose tube connection will be rejected

Is that price negotiable?

  • Unfortunately the price is not negotiable, but you can keep an eye on the item to see future discounts.

Is your product OEM or aftermarket?

  • All the sets are aftermarket, Made in China, not OEM. Thats why the prices are way lower than original stock item. A lower price doesnt mean it would bite you, we still have quality control and everything is gonna meet the OE spec.

Where are your packages shipped from?

  • The majority of products are shipped from Katy or Houston, TX.We may ship by air if some small products are out of stock.

Whats the material of your item?

  • You may find the details on the description page. Every item is as described.

How can I know my order status?

  • You will receive notification emails or SMS including every step from the Shopify system. If you cannot see the email, it may have been forwarded to the trash. As for message subscribers, it might be blocked by your Phone OS.

How to follow up the shipment?

  • We offer tracking numbers once orders have been placed. Buyers will receive their notifications with the attached tracking number hence they can track the package easily.

When will I receive my order?

  • Track the package using the number we provided, and enter it into shipping carrier's official website you can see the expected date on the web page. Orders may exceed the ETA, delays may occur upon uncontrollable factors.

How can I install the parts?

  • There is no available install instruction. Please be aware that install at your risk because it's an aftermarket product. Professional installation is highly recommended. Consult reliable mechanics for assistance.
