Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation: 

  • We only accept cancellation requests prior to shipment otherwise the cancellation would be rejected.
  • Please enter the valid shipping address. We wont take responsibility for missing parts due to address errors. Once the product has been shipped out, we cannot change the delivery destination on our end. Customers need to contact the local post office or delivery carrier to have the address corrected.

Return:

  • We offer a period of 30-day return after order date. Customers must submit the return within this time window. Our store reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges regardless of receipt.
  • We would refuse unreasonable returns if no enough information.We used to suffer from dishonest scammers, so buyers are responsible for their transactions. You have to file real item pictures, and invoice labels of our products with every single request. The more details you can provide, the smoother return process. 
  • As per the large dimension packages, buyers must double check the fitment before placing orders. There is no re-stocking fee on products we sold, but buyers must pay for all the return costs unless the item is being returned because of our fault.

Refund:

  • Upon receiving the item back into inventory the refund would be issued.
  • The credit will be refunded back to your original payment method. Usually it takes a couple of hours after the refund confirmation, if you did not receive the amount properly, please contact the bank for help.
